You will need CareMaster version 16.71.09 or higher If you require an update please submit a ticket at [support.caremaster.com.au](https://support.caremaster.com.au/). Here is a short video on how to submit a support ticket ## **Step 2. Register a B2B Device to obtain a Device Activation Code via PRODA for use with CareMaster and Add Service Provider** 1. Log In to [PRODA](https://proda.humanservices.gov.au/prodalogin/pages/public/login.jsf?TAM_OP=login&USER) and select **Organisations**. ![](https://support.caremaster.com.au/api/attachments.redirect?id=2bb33b2b-7e6a-4d6d-aefa-633a66393a59 " =502x446") 2. Select **B2B Devices** and then **Register New B2B Device**. ![](https://support.caremaster.com.au/api/attachments.redirect?id=0db7272c-34d7-424a-ac8a-e2079b535386 " =384x437") 5. Enter a **Device Name**. We recommend entering **CareMaster** as the Device Name. The name needs to be descriptive enough so you can recognise the device purpose or what service transactions it’s performing. The device name must be unique to your organisation in PRODA. The name can contain the following characters: * alphabetic * numeric * underscores * hyphens * full stops * no spaces. You can add further details to describe your device in **Description**. When you’ve registered a device, you’ll get a unique **Device Activation Code** valid for **one day,** so you will need to activate the device in CareMaster before the code expires (Step 3). Make sure you record this activation code as it’s not stored or given to you again. The device name and activation code are case sensitive. Once you’ve activated your device in CareMaster, it’s active for **6 months**. Activate your B2B Device in CareMaster using your Device Activation Code to connect CareMaster to PRODA Using the B2B Device Activation Code obtained in Step 2, connect your CareMaster to PRODA under Admin > Integrations > PRODA > Activate Device ![](https://support.caremaster.com.au/api/attachments.redirect?id=2dbb3b5a-82ff-4c05-969e-129489d067da " =778x507") ## **Step 4. Lodge a AC027 form with Services Australia to register for access to Aged Care Web Services via CareMaster** It is available to download from Services Australia: Alternately download and complete the below form, we have pre-filled it with the Software details. Please complete all other applicable fields in the form, ensuring you sign it and email it and any supporting document(s) to **[developerliaison@servicesaustralia.gov.au](mailto:developerliaison@servicesaustralia.gov.au)** Incomplete forms may be rejected or returned to you for further information.
