You can find the KeyPay section under Admin → KeyPay → Dashboard.

Click on Connect to KeyPay.

It will redirect you to the KeyPay login page, you will need to log into KeyPay.

If you have the correct permissions to link KeyPay to CM, it will redirect you back to the KeyPay dashboard in CM and tell you that it has been successfully connected.

We now need to link a business by going to the KeyPay Settings page by selecting Settings.

To pull all of your pay categories from KeyPay, go to Pay Categories and then select Update From KeyPay.

Now we need to link those pay categories to their appropriate earning rates and allowances in CareMaster.

You can do this from the KeyPay → Settings page under the Earnings Rates and Allowance Assignment sections.

You now need to sync your pay schedules by going to KeyPay → Pay Schedules and clicking on Update from KeyPay.

Now we want to link employees set up in KeyPay to their CM records. All workers will need to be created in KeyPay FIRST then linked to their record in CM.

You can link the records by going to KeyPay →Employees, clicking on the Update From KeyPay button then using the Link button.

Furthermore it will also show a list of workers that are linked and who they are linked to:

Select the appropriate worker record in CM to link it to, tick the update external ID on KeyPay box if you want that information updated and click save.

Repeat for each worker that needs to be linked.


Once you have linked your Workers, you will need to go back and update your Pay Schedule linking.
