### Troubleshooting 2FA

***ISSUE - Entering the code from the authenticator is saying that the code is incorrect.***

1. Codes are only valid for a certain amount of time before a new code is generated, you will see a timer icon on the authenticator app, once the timer completes a revolution the code will change, so double check you have entered the current code.
2. If you are still having issues do the following
   •	**iPhone** – In phone Settings > General > Date & Time, enable Set Automatically
      OR
**Android** - In phone Settings > General Management > Date and Time, enable Automatic Date and
       Time
   •	Then open **Google Authenticator App** Tap More > Settings > Time correction for codes > Sync now

On the next screen, the app confirms the time has been synced. You should be able to sign in to Caremaster now. The sync will only affect the internal time of your Google Authenticator App, and will not change your device’s Date & Time settings.
3. If you have tried the above and are still unable to login due to 2FA issues please visit our Help Centre here <https://support.caremaster.com.au/> and submit a support ticket.
