Notifications
CareMaster helps workers to be notified when incidents are submitted, when they change to in progress and when they are resolved. This is required for NDIS compliance reasons. This will apply only to custom incident forms (not legacy incident forms).
Go to Settings > Worker Notifications
When Custom Incident Forms is enabled for a provider, there are 6 templates configurable in the Worker Notification Setting. These can be sent via Email or SMS as per your default Preferences
Custom Incident Received - will send a confirmation email or SMS to the person who submitted a new custom incident
Customer Incident in Progress - will send a confirmation email or SMS to the person who submitted a new custom incident when the status of the incident changes to “In Progress”
Customer Incident Resolved - will send a confirmation email or SMS to the person who submitted a new custom incident when the status of the incident changes to “Resolved”
There are Notification Templates where you can personalise the message or add / remove variable fields.
On the Worker Notifications page scroll down till you fine the Custom Incident Notifications.
