The Department of Health Disability and Aging have Increased the Rates of Payment effective 01.10.2025.
The latest rates are:

| Level 2 | $52.93 |
| Level 3 | $115.22 |
| Level 4 | $174.68 |
To apply these to your HCP Participants, go to Participants > HCP Funding > Participants
Select Package Entries and + New Package for each Participant;
Add the new Start date i.e. 01.10.2025 and select the Package Level
Continue adding all the other Subsidies and Fees i.e. Basic Daily Fee, Income Tested Fee, Package Management Fee and save.
This Package Entry will replace the prior entry entirely.
Save and continue to update all Participants to their new Subsidy rate.
