# How do I change the fields on the worker list report?

There are two ways to do this.


## Option 1:


When you go to Reporting -> Staff/Volunteer and select the Worker List report, it gives you a note that the columns can be adjusted by clicking here.

If you click on the link, it will take you to the appropriate page where you can see what fields are enabled and disabled. If you want a field to show on the report, drag it from the disabled column to the enabled column. You can also use the enabled column to order the fields in whatever order you like.

## Option 2:


You can also go to the enabled and disabled fields by going to Data -> Miscellaneous -> Custom Reports ->edit button on the Worker List Export option. This brings you to the same enabled/disabled columns.
