After clicking on that button, you will be brought to this window. \n Use the options in this window to filter which Trips you’d like to change. \n In the example on the left, I am asking Trips to change all trip records with a Future status that fall between the 23/03/17 to 30/03/17 to a Cancelled status with a UC Code of IP+. All affected Trips will have a comment of ‘Cancelled 15/3/17 – his daughter called to advise of a hospital stay’ in the comment tab of the trip record. \n Select the Existing Status of the trips you’d like to change, the New Status that you’d like to change the trip records to, the UC Code if applicable, and then either tick the ‘Manage ALL’ tickbox or select date ranges. If you wish, type in a comment that can be added to the comment tab of any affected Trips. Check the summary underneath the comment to review how many trips or bookings will be changed.

The transport view shows all bookings and trips for that client. Clicking on the Trips or Bookings view shows only bookings or trips respectively.
