How to Clear Google Chrome Browser Cache?

After each CareMaster update, we recommend that your Chrome Internet Cache must be cleared. 

Please note: Before clearing Data Cache, it is best to ensure that the Time Range is set to All Time.

1. Log Out of CareMaster and close the Tab.

2. While still in Chrome, on your keyboard press the Ctrl + Shift + Del buttons at the same time, which should bring up this window

   

3. You should be automatically taken to the Basic Tab. In the Basic Tab; ensure that only Cache is ticked then click the Clear Data button at the bottom

   Now you can log back into CareMaster.
