How to send emails from a different email address?
CareMaster has the functionality to send emails in a few areas of the software, including Forgotten Password links (from either the app or web portal) or functionality within the SMS/Email Scheduler to broadcast an available shift or email the roster to staff. By default, we use our own email server for this so emails get sent from noreply@caremaster.com.au.
If you would like to be able to receive replies and reply to them using your own email address, please contact the Customer Care Team. For assistance getting this information, contact whoever setup your mail server for assistance.

The 'From Address' can be something of your choosing, this is the email address that any emails received will appear to have come from. You may wish to set it to something like 'no-reply@yourdomain.com.au' , or alternatively provide an existing email address you'd like any replies to go to.
