To stop a service from appearing on the participant roster that is sent via email you would need to select "exclude from worker roster" in the service. In Admin > Service Organizations Select Plan Managed ( note you would need to do all existing service organizations if you wanted to use them all ) Select the Services tab Search for the service/item number and select the pencil to edit ( eg establishment fee ) You will find the following field - the box is currently unticked On the participants record you will need to select the establishment fee so that a support can be built. Do not add a worker to the support.
