**When do I update the staff pay rates?**

In this example the date of the rate change used is the 1st July.

The first full pay run in July. i.e. If your pay run overlaps within the last week of June and the first week of July, update the award pay rates only when the entire pay timeline falls within July.

**How do I update the staff pay rates?**

If you are using the Advanced Award Classification for workers as part of our Xero integration and wish to adjust their pay rates, you can view what everyone's current rates are and adjust them by going to Admin -> Xero -> Workers.

Once there, you need to click on the Check Pay Rates button.
