# Logging In

This is the first screen you will see when you navigate to your organisation’s installation of Caremaster.

Log into the system with the username and password provided by your manager/administrator. If you can't remember your credentials, use the 'Forgot Password' button beneath the Login button to send a password reset. Sometimes your username will be different to your email address so make sure you are logging in with the correct username.
