# Managing and Verifying Supports in CareMaster

## Introduction
Managing and verifying participant supports is a vital workflow within CareMaster to ensure services are delivered correctly and logged accurately for payroll and invoicing. This guide outlines the overall process of locating support records, reviewing details submitted by field workers, associating tasks, and marking supports as verified.

## Steps
1. Navigate to the main menu on the left side of the screen and select **Supports**, then click **All** to display the complete list of support records.
2. Use the filter options at the top of the list—such as date range (e.g., **This Week** or **All**), participant name, or support worker—to locate the record you need.
3. Click the **Edit** icon (the page/pencil symbol) on the far right of the support entry's row to open its detailed view.
4. Review the information captured during the support delivery across the different tabs, including details, app data, and associated tasks.
5. Scroll to the **Flags** section on the main details tab and check the **Checked!** box to confirm verification.
6. Save the record and acknowledge any scheduling or compliance warnings to successfully complete the verification process.

## Summary
By following these steps, administrators can systematically review, update, and finalize support entries. Ensuring that each support is accurately documented and verified is essential for maintaining compliance and preparing data for billing.
