Address Verification
The Roster Optimiser uses the Participant Address as a key data point when selecting a worker. It is important that the Participant’s address be verified on their profile.
-
An address can be added and verified either when you set the Participant up initially or in the Contact Information on their Profile page.
You can also BULK VERIFY your participant addresses - go to Admin > Verify Client Addresses > Verify All
Locations
Add Locations to your Participants on the Participant Profile in the Service Provider Information.
Multiple Locations can be applied.
Unsuitable Workers
On the Participant Profile, go to Service Delivery Information and Locations.
Add in one or multiple as they may cross different skill locations.
Space Types
Space Types help match Participants with the right Workers. You can select a Space Type on both the Participant and Worker profiles. The Roster Optimiser will check for matches when recommending workers.
Examples:
- Male Workers Only
- Wheelchair
- Back Seat Only
- Low Car
- Guide Dog
- Visually Impaired
🛠 To create new Space Types: Go to Data → Participant Data → Space Types.
Medication Assistance
If the participant requires medication assistance, the Roster Optimiser will only recommend workers with the appropriate qualifications to perform this task.
This setting is found in Participant Profile → Service Delivery Information.
