TS-4717 Broadcasting New improvements have been made for broadcasts. In the Supports page there are new filters that allow users to list supports that they have sent broadcasts for and to list supports that have been filled or not filled by broadcasts. Please note that prior to this release, the user who sent the broadcast was not recorded so past supports will not filter correctly when filtering by who sent the broadcast. TS-4645 Client App An error message will now be shown when attempting to send an app invitation to a participant without an email address, or without a mobile phone number if you choose to send the accompanying new password notification via SMS When sending an app invitation, the invitation email will now be sent to all email addresses for the participant that are marked as “Copy correspondence” TS-4647 Coordinators An improvement has been made to bulk unlink participants from coordinators rather than individually, under Coordinators \\ Participants. TS-4646 Coordinators An improvement has been made to bulk link and unlink workers to coordinators, under Coordinators \\ Workers. TS-4650 Departments An improvement has been made when workers and participants can be added to a department under Data \\ Departments rather than the user going into individual records to add them. TS-4649 Departments An improvement has been made where workers and participants can be automatically removed from a department when the department is deleted. TS-4648 Departments New feature allowing participants to be assigned to a department which can be located under Participant \\ Service Provider Information. TS-4325 Departments New feature allowing workers to be assigned to a department which can be located under Worker \\ Organisation Information. TS-4324 Departments A new feature allows customers to define departments that align with their business structure. This can be access from Data \\ Departments. TS-4622 DEX The DEX Export preview page has been updated to include numerous changes. The quantity amount is now rounded to the nearest instead of rounding up as per DEX requirements. For example a quantity of 1.2 now rounds down to 1.0 and 1.7 is rounded up to 2. The page now shows the quantities and fees that will be sent to DEX, while excluded supports will show the raw stored quantities. The help window for this feature has been updated with more information. The DEX => Activities => Show Activity Details screen has been updated to also show requirements . TS-4606 Documents An improvement has been made allowing Microsoft Powerpoint documents to be uploaded as participant, worker and general documents. These are files with the .ppt and .pptx extensions. TS-4190 Documents An improvement has been made where an archive flag has been added to better manage participant documents. When a document is archived the system no longer alerts users when it expires. TS-3949 Documents Admins and coordinators can now assign Participant Document Categories to Worker Categories in order to restrict which Participant Documents are viewable by workers in each Worker Category. TS-4357 Incidents An improvement has been made to incidents where PDF reports are now supported. TS-4369 Reports The Service Event Exported field has been added to the Transaction List Export. TS-4759 Supports Some minor improvements to user messages so they are more readable around saving Supports. TS-4381 Worker App A new setting has been created called “Worker Can Work On Multiple Supports At The Same Time” which is enabled by default and provides the same functionality as the prior version. Users can now disable this if they only want on support to be started at a time from the worker app. TS-3989 Worker App An improvement has been made to the worker app to allow workers to access participant information prior to the support from starting without needing to be added as an assigned worker to the participant. After the support the worker will automatically be prevent from accessing the participant information unless they have another support about to start. See settings “Allow worker access to clients prior to assigned supports” and “Allow worker access to clients after assigned supports” for more details. TS-3384 Workers An improvement has been made where worker records can no longer be deleted. Workers must be exited if they are no longer a worker in the system. The delete function was removed as this caused historic and data errors when viewing history records of supports and other linking records. TS-4620 Xero If the setting Payroll - Casual Loading is added separate from Ordinary Rate is turned **OFF**, updating a worker to Xero will set their ordinary rate on their pay template to the correct casual-loading-inclusive value. Please note however that the recommendation for this setting is that it be left turned **ON**, otherwise award interpretation may not perform calculations correctly. When updating a worker to Xero, including when mass-updating using the **Update To Xero** button on the Xero Worker’s list, the worker will first checked to ensure they do not have a Pay Rate Override that is lower than the current Award minimum for their classification and level. If they do have an invalid override, it will be removed before updating the worker’s pay template. TS-4614 KeyPay An improvement has been made to KeyPay customers where unsynchronized workers are now more visible. # **Bug Fixes** TS-4339 Case Notes Fixed a bug where the case note export to PDF created a table wider than the page meaning data was not visible. This has been corrected. TS-4702 Configuration A fix was made where the ‘Stop when item template result over character limit’ system setting was displayed more than once. This setting now only appears once. TS-4740 Contacts Fixed an issue when selecting an address outside of Australia when entering a participant contact would generate an error. TS-4839 Custom Fields An issue was fixed preventing Custom Fields from being created with an empty description TS-4739 Dashboard An issue was fixed whereby an error would sometimes occur on the coordinator dashboard. TS-4734 Documents An issue preventing the “visible to workers” flag on worker document categories from being saved has been resolved. TS-4699 Documents Fixed a bug when trying to change the filename of a previously uploaded document. The bug would prevent the rename to occur. This has now been fixed. TS-4716 HCP Fixed a bug where HCP statements could not be emailed to participants when going into Tools \\ View Statements \\ Email (icon). TS-4634 KeyPay Fixed an issue where KeyPay employee search was not sorting by worker’s name properly. TS-4738 Reports Fixed an error when printing a transaction report to PDF or Excel from Supports \\ All \\ Print Transactions would generate backend errors on the server. TS-4719 Reports Fixed an issue when exporting Participant List report with Category filter. TS-4640 Supports Fixed an issue where notifications of a change are now sent to both participants and workers. Previously only one person would receive the notification, either the participant or the worker, but not both. TS-4311 Supports A fix has been made to the Support List report so that the total hours are now reported correctly. TS-4675 Timesheets Fixed a bug where comments recorded against a workers' timesheet would not save. This was under Staff/Volunteers \\ Timesheets. TS-4830 User Interface Fixed error showing in the browser console when user press “Enter” on an address input field. TS-4741 User Interface Fixed an issue where clicking on the “hamburger button” to show/hide the side menu would not work all the time. TS-3717 Vouchers A fix has been made to vouchers to allow users to select any service when returning a voucher. TS-4767 Worker App A fix has been made to the worker and client apps where changing the organisation PIN will clear all cache to ensure any previous data is no longer visible to the user. TS-4630 Worker App Fixed an issue where on the worker app where the worker was unable to enter KMs but could not. Fixed an issue where the provider could not define how to capture KMs (either auto calculate KMs or enter via the keyboard). Fixed an issue where KMs recorded for a Support were not being recorded against the timesheet when the ‘override KMs’ setting was disabled. TS-4729 Workers Fixed an issue when attempting to save Worker \\ Organisation Information would result in an error. This was due to the worker not having a user name and was not enabled to log into the portal. This has now been resolved. Fixed an issue where the username for a worker would display as null instead of being empty. TS-4705 Xero Fixed a display issue where Xero invoices were not listed in date order.
