# 🛠️Updates and Improvements:

## Transport Requirements Not Populating within Booking Form

An intermittent issue has been resolved where the Transport Requirements drop-down/tile failed to populate in the Create Client and Booking forms. This issue could result in the drop-down expanding without displaying any options, and in some cases appearing empty when accessing the edit view.

This behaviour occurred inconsistently and required users to refresh the page, leading to loss of entered data and disruption to workflow.

The fix ensures that the Transport Requirements options now reliably load and display as expected, eliminating the need to refresh the page and reducing the risk of data re-entry and associated errors.


## **Draft Indicator Not Displaying on Runs After Auto Allocation**

An issue has been resolved where the "Draft" indicator was not displaying on runs following auto allocation unless the run times were changed. The draft status only appearing at a booking level, requiring users to open each run container to confirm whether any updates had occurred.

This fix ensures that the "Draft" indicator now displays on a run container whenever auto allocation produces any changes- solutions related to that run, providing clear visibility and reducing the need for manual checks.

## Manual Fee GST Toggle

A new **“Plus GST”** toggle has been added to the booking form when entering a “**Manual Fee”**. This allows specific bookings to capture GST if required. 

#### What’s changed?

* The Plus GST toggle will now appear when Manual Fee is selected on a booking.
* The toggle will not appear when:
  * Standard billing rules are calculating the fee
  * A Booking Tag is selected
* Help information is now displayed to assist users when entering a manual fee.

#### How it works

* When Plus GST is enabled, the entered manual fee is treated as GST exclusive, and GST will be added automatically (this will then be reflected in the total cost on the booking form).
* The booking details page will display the GST inclusive total when viewing the booking.
* When editing the booking, the original GST exclusive manual fee amount will be shown.

#### Group Bookings

* When using “Apply same costs for all clients”, the Plus GST setting will also apply across all bookings in the group.
* Individual bookings can still have the GST toggle adjusted separately if required but remember to toggle of the “Apply same costs for all clients” before updating the cost of the individual client.
