Location Restrictions and Auto Allocation

We have resolved an issue where location restrictions that had been removed from a vehicle could continue to be applied during Auto Allocation.

Once a location restriction is removed, the vehicle will now be considered for Auto Allocation as expected.

Anonymised Run List - Print & Email

A new Anonymised Run List option is now available for both Print and Email functionality in TRIPS Web. The anonymised Run List removes personally identifiable information while retaining the key operational details required for your drivers.

The following information is displayed for each trip:

• Pickup Time
• Drop-off Time
• Origin Suburb, State and Postcode
• Destination Suburb, State and Postcode

Client-identifying information is not included in the anonymised version of the Run List.
