We’re excited to share the latest updates and improvements in this release! Here’s what’s new:
# TRIPS Web Release Notes - 2.123.0
## 🛠️ Adjustments
### Additional Languages and Birth Countries
Additional language and birth country options have been added to TRIPS in line with Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) requirements.
### Query Builder – Journey Feedback Items
Fixed an issue where the JourneyFeedbackItems module in Query Builder was not returning data beyond December 2025 or was displaying Blank – No Data.
## ✨ Improvements
### Improved Dispatch GPS Visibility
Improved GPS data on the Dispatch map to ensure vehicle locations are more accurate and up to date, providing greater visibility of vehicle movements and current locations.
### Additional Custom Report Builder Fields
The following fields have been added to the Custom Report Builder:
* Client SLK (DEX & HACC)
* HACC Agency Identifier
* Amount Override
* Total Sequence Charges
### Vehicle Registration Search
Vehicle registration searching has been improved to make searches quicker and more consistent.
Vehicle registration numbers are now automatically saved without spaces, regardless of how they are entered. Existing vehicle records have also been updated to follow the same format.
**What this means for you:**
* Search for vehicle registration numbers without spaces on the Vehicle List page, for example, `ABC123` instead of `ABC 123`.
* Searches that include spaces will not return results.
* Vehicle registrations are now stored consistently, making searches more reliable across TRIPS.
## 🆕 New Feature
### User Notifications & Alerts
A new user notification and alert system has been introduced to provide users with updates and information within TRIPS (including notification of releases).
**Key features include:**
* A new notification icon has been added to the top banner next to the user's name.
* Users can mark notifications as read once they have reviewed them.
* New notifications are indicated by an orange dot on the notification icon.
* Users can filter their notifications to show only unread notifications, making it easier to identify new or outstanding updates.
