We’re excited to share the latest updates and improvements in this release! Here’s what’s new:

# ✨New Features

### Driver Assignments on the Allocation Page

The Allocation page now displays assigned drivers directly against vehicle runs, without requiring users to expand each run. Where a vehicle has multiple runs, drivers are displayed in run order for easier reference. If a run has no driver assigned, **No driver** is displayed in red to make runs with no driver allocated easy to identify.

# 🛠️Updates & Improvements

### Vehicle Run Address Fields

Fixed an issue where users needed to click twice into the Departure Address or Return Address fields when creating or editing a Vehicle Run. Both fields will now receive focus on the first click, allowing users to enter addresses as expected.

### Additional Fields for Vehicle Runs, Bookings and Client Reports

Additional fields have been made available across Vehicle Runs, Bookings and Client Reports, providing users with more information to support their day-to-day operations.

The following fields have been added: 


1. `address_line_1`
2. `address_line_2`
3. `engagement_time` (noting data will only populate here if your organisation has the load/unload time feature enabled on the driver’s app)
4. `journey.actual_start_time`
5. `journey.actual_end_time`
6. `breaks.start_time`
7. `breaks.end_time`

### Cancel Reports

Users can now cancel reports directly from the interface, providing greater control over report processing and removing reports that are no longer needed from the queue.
