Issue Resolution:

• Enhanced Client Default Booking Requirements: We've introduced a convenient checkbox to include allocated bookings in client default booking requirements if you make any changes to a clients booking requirements. This enhancement streamlines the booking management process, providing you with greater flexibility and control.

New Features:

• Run Status Reversal Capability: You can now revert a run status back to "Waiting for Verification." Additionally, all bookings within the run (excluding canceled bookings) will transition to the waiting for verification status simultaneously. This feature empowers you with greater control over your operations and ensures seamless workflow management.

Improvements:

• Timezone Conversion Optimisation: We've implemented a robust system to convert UTC timezones to your organisation's timezone within audit logs.

• Voice Call Notification Retry Mechanism: We've enhanced our notification system to include automatic retries for unanswered phone call notifications. Now, if a call goes unanswered, our system will make three additional attempts, spaced 15 minutes apart.
