We're excited to introduce a range of enhancements and fixes in this release. Here's what's new:

🌟 Updates & Improvements 🌟

  • Birthdate Estimate Question: Resolved an issue where the "Is birthdate an estimate?" question was not retaining its answer when marked true. This question will now hold its value accurately.

  • Recurring Booking Cancellation Status: Implemented a fix to ensure that the cancellation status is retained when updating recurring bookings, maintaining consistency and reducing the need for manual adjustments.
  • Walking Frame Icon Mismatch: Corrected a mismatch between the walking frame icon in the client profile and the allocations page, ensuring consistent visual representation across the platform.

  • Custom Report Generation: Fixed an issue where users were receiving empty data rows when generating custom reports. Report generation now reliably includes all relevant data.

🚀 New Features 🚀

  • Duplicate Booking Notification: Introduced a new feature to alert users of potential duplicate bookings. If a booking for the same day already exists, users will be notified of the possible duplication, helping to avoid scheduling conflicts.

  • Vehicle Runs Creation: Enabled users to create vehicle runs up to 6 months in advance. This feature enhances planning and resource allocation for future operations.

  • Booking Fee Accuracy: Resolved an issue where incorrect booking fees were being displayed for a booking that was made in error on the same day and the user then edits the booking and moves the date to a future date. Booking fees will now reflect accurate amounts, ensuring clear and correct financial information.

Thank you for your continued support and feedback as we strive to enhance your Trips experience. We believe that these updates will contribute to smoother operations and improved user satisfaction.
