🚀 Release Overview: Trips 2.38.0 🚀

We're excited to introduce a range of enhancements and fixes in this release. Here's what's new:

Driver Profile Creation: Resolved an issue where creating a driver profile failed due to the Driver Record Check not being completed but the user wasn’t shown where the error was. Driver profiles can now be created successfully without any interruptions and users will now have a visual if this section has not been completed. Please note – this section will only mark as an error if this feature is enabled in your Organisation Settings

TfNSW Monthly ODIN Reporting: Addressed an issue where TfNSW report jobs were timing out. We've improved the process to ensure these reports run efficiently without timing out, enhancing reliability and performance.

Step 1. Go to ‘Organisation Settings > Click on ‘Create Service Data Reports’

Step 2. Select your Year, Month and Applicable Funding Types and click on ‘Download’

Step 3. In order to receive your error log, you have two options:

1. Leave the toggle off for ’save report’, if there are errors, you will automatically receive an email or

2. toggle on ‘save report’ > Create a folder (will only need to do once) > click on your folder that appears in green to select the folder > click on ‘Export’

3. You will now see and image like below, click on ‘close’ > click on 'Service Data Reports’

4. Click on the folder you created > click on the ellipsis icon > click on ‘Download Error Logs’

Step 4. Once your report is clear of errors, click on ‘export’ > the ‘email me’ button will now be clickable > click on ‘email me’ and report will be emailed to you or if you choose not to click on ‘email me’, you will see the option to click on ‘download’ once the report has finished exporting.

Receipt Number fix: Addressed an issue where the receipt number that was entered by a driver using the app wasn’t pushing through to verification. Now when a driver enters a receipt number via the app, users will see this information on the verification page in TRIPS.

Transaction Details in Query Builder: Introduced the ability to fetch transaction details for bookings in the query builder. This new feature allows users to access detailed transaction information directly within the query builder, providing greater insight and data analysis capabilities. Please note as we have multiple fields that reference billing, if you are unsure which fields to pull, please reach out to the team for assistance.
