# Release Notes 2.39.0

🚀 Release Overview: Trips 2.39.0 🚀

 

We're excited to introduce a range of enhancements and fixes in this release. Here's what's new:

 

## 🛠️ Updates & Improvements 🚀 

 

* **Driver App Cancellation:** Improved the driver app's cancellation functionality. Drivers can now only cancel bookings for clients with a "Future" status. Previously, drivers could also cancel bookings with "Awaiting Verification" and "Verified" statuses, which led to potential human error.

* **Vehicle Runs in Allocations:** Resolved an issue where deactivated vehicle runs were still showing in allocations. Deactivated runs will no longer appear, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
* **Date Field Entry:** Fixed a problem where manually entering dates did not populate the year correctly. Date fields now populate the year accurately, improving usability.
* **Invoice Total Lock:** Addressed an issue where the invoice total was being locked down once the invoice status changed from Draft to another status. This ensures the total remains editable so corrections can be made for invoicing.

* **Call Notification Issue:** Resolved issues with day before call notifications being received multiple times to ensure they are sent and received correctly, improving communication reliability.
* **Extra Travel Time Field:** Added an extra travel time field to enhance scheduling and route planning capabilities. This extra travel time will be used by the optimiser.

## New Features 🌟:

* **Addition of a Biller Tab on the Client Profile Page:** Introduced a new tab for individualised billing on the client profile page. This new tab can be used in conjunction with Payers or on its own for invoicing purposes. The introduction of this tab allows users to store billing information for CHSP and CTP clients at a client level rather than a system wide Payer level.

* **Edit Driver Username:** Introduced the ability to edit driver usernames after adding and saving a new driver, providing greater flexibility and control over driver profiles.

* **Query Builder Enhancements:** Added new Biller fields to the Query Builder, which are now fully populated and available for use. This enhancement allows for more comprehensive and detailed data queries.
