**🌟 Trips: Software Release 2.44 🌟**

 

We're excited to introduce a variety of new features, enhancements, and fixes in this release. Here’s what’s new:

 

**🎉 New Features 🚀** 

**Victorian Providers - HACC MDS Export File**: Introduced a new feature for Victorian providers to export HACC MDS files. This reporting outlet can be found under Services in your account settings. Please follow the process outlined below.

**Upload GPS Locations from Driver App in an Offline Queue:** Implemented a feature to manage GPS locations from the driver app, storing them in an offline queue to enhance reliability.                                         ![](https://support.caremaster.com.au/api/attachments.redirect?id=1ea854ee-4f0d-4b86-839c-4023b1f20cbd)

**Add Emergency Contact to the Create Client Page:** Introduced a feature to add an emergency contact directly on the Create Client Page, streamlining the process of adding new clients to TRIPS.                  

**Note:** You can add only one emergency contact on the Create Client Page, which will serve as the primary contact.

**Add Filter To Unallocated Bookings On Dispatch Page**: Enhanced the dispatch page with a filter for unallocated bookings, enabling searches by client or location.

🛠️ **Updates & Improvements** ⚙️                                

 

**Update the “deleted_at” Field:** Adjusted the "deleted_at" field in the Vehicle Runs query builder to correctly display Australian times instead of UTC time.

**Bug with Payment Method When Editing Existing Group Bookings:** Resolved an issue that caused a missing payment method error when updating existing group bookings, even when a payment method was present. You can now upda**te** and save bookings without errors.

**Rerunning a Saved Report Loses the Capability to Select Other Fields:** Resolved an issue where rerunning a saved report prevented selecting additional fields. You can now add extra fields when rerunning a saved report.
