Release Notes 2.50.0
๐ Release Overview: Trips 2.50 ๐
Weโre excited to introduce several enhancements and fixes in this release. Hereโs whatโs new:
๐ New Features ๐
โ ๏ธ Driver App - Expiring Document Notifications We've added a new feature to alert drivers when important documents are nearing their expiration date. This helpful reminder will be sent 14 days before the expiration, ensuring compliance and safety. Here are the documents you'll receive notifications for:"
๐ Introducing Vehicle Types: A New Organisational Setting We've added a new organisational setting called 'Vehicle Types'. This is a starting point for future features that will let you categorise and manage your vehicles in more detail. For now, this setting won't change anything in the app, but it's a big part of our plans for future updates.
๐ ๏ธ Updates & Improvements โ๏ธ
๐ Populate Time Feature Update The 'Populate Time' feature has been updated. Previously, it would adjust odometer readings for all bookings. Now, it only updates departure and arrival times, leaving odometer readings unchanged. If an odometer reading is 0 for TfNSW reporting, the reporting tool will automatically adjust it to 1.
๐ Carer Data Retention
The 'relationship to the care recipient' and 'primary carer for contact' fields now retain their information correctly after being saved, resolving a previous issue.
๐ฅ Recurring Booking Causing Duplicates A problem has been resolved that was causing duplicate trips to appear in the system for recurring bookings. This issue resulted in multiple instances of trips being displayed incorrectly on the allocation page, including trips from different dates appearing under the same date. Thorough testing has been conducted to prevent this issue from recurring.
Thank you for your continued support and feedback as we strive to enhance your Trips experience. These updates are designed to improve functionality and ensure a smoother user experience.
