# Release Notes 2.52.0

## 🚀 **Release Overview: Trips 2.52.0 🚀**

We're excited to introduce a range of enhancements and fixes in this release. Here's what's new:

# 🎉 **New Feature** 🎉

## **Ability to Share Saved Reports:**

This new feature allows users to share saved reports with other users across the organisation. This enhances collaboration and improves the flow of information within teams.

Once "Save Report" is toggled on, the new "Share Report" toggle will appear. As per usual, name the report & select the folder you would like to save the report.

**NOTE:** *Only Admin role can share a report. When the Admin user saves the report, they will only see the report in the nominated folder they saved it in such as “client reports” but all other users will see it in the “shared” folder of which they can access the report.*

Visibility Icons allow you to see if the report is public or private

### Ordering reports

Reports are ordered by “created_at” by default, in descending order. By clicking on the column headers marked by the sort arrows, additionally, you can order them by name, filename, status and size.

***NOTE:*** *The sort order (and filters, search query, etc) are reset to their default when you switch between folders. It is to avoid showing empty folders for the user if they forget to reset the search and pagination parameters between folder navigation.*


### Filtering reports

Reports are filterable by date range and status, and the user can also search reports by name, filename and owner name or email.

### Permissions

The relevant permissions are located in the **Organisation Settings → Manage Roles and Permissions** section.

# 🛠️ **Updates & Improvements** ⚙️

**Upgrade Packages with Vulnerabilities:**

We’ve upgraded several packages that had vulnerabilities to improve the security and stability of the system.


**Update Allocation Depot Filter and Booking Verification:**

Resolved an issue affecting the allocation and verification vehicle location filter process, ensuring more accurate filtering management.
