# Release Notes 2.54.0

🚀 **Release Overview: Trips 2.54.0 🚀**
We're excited to introduce a range of enhancements and fixes in this release. Here's what's new:

### 🎉 **New Feature** 🎉**
Allow No End Date for Recurring Bookings:**
Users can now create recurring bookings without specifying an end date, offering more flexibility in scheduling and managing long-term bookings.**
Please note: The system will automatically create a new booking/s every day for bookings past 1 year based on the pattern set. This means if you look at a clients bookings, anything outside of the next 12 months won’t have been generated yet**

### 🛠️ **Updates & Improvements** ⚙️**
Adjustment - Remove 'Cancellation Comment' Requirement:**
The requirement for users to add a 'cancellation comment' for a cancellation fee to apply has been removed, and is now optional, simplifying the cancellation process.

**Improvement - Display Estimated Completion Time:**
The custom query builder now shows the estimated completion time when generating reports, providing better transparency and efficiency for users.

**Performance Enhancements:**
Overall performance enhancement of TRIPS application.
