# Release Notes 2.63.0

We’re excited to share updates, fixes, and new features for a smoother experience. Here’s what’s new:

**==IMPORTANT: Due to one of the updates in this release, we require all Providers to update their driver app to avoid inflated cost calculations.==**


🎉 **New Features** 🎉
**"No Taxis" Icon for Allocations:**
Introduced a new icon to help users easily identify allocations without taxis.

If at lease 1 of the taxi vehicle types are made available in the “vehicle type” org settings, a no taxi icon will be displayed against the booking in allocation if the booking has none of the taxi vehicles selected.

**Filtered Vehicle Types in Booking Requirements:**
Enhanced functionality to show only vehicle types configured at the organisation level in client default booking requirements.


By going to organisation settings > vehicle types, you will have access to customise what vehicle types you want to be available to be selected in the application at a client level. The “vehicle type available” below will ensure that when you create a new client or on an existing client, it will only display vehicle type requirements that you have toggled on in this setting. The booking form will also match what is reflected by what has been configured on the clients booking requirements on the client page.

“Selected by default” will only control creating a new client. You can toggle any of these options on and it will ensure that these vehicle type booking requirement options will be automatically select on when creating a new client by default.

Seating options are a must have in our application, therefore what at least 1 vehicle type available in selected in the vehicle type organisation settings, you will see the seating options appear. These seating options are always available but you can customise default values for these that will affect when creating a new client.

### 🛠️ **Improvements** 🛠️
**Removing Stops from Bookings:**
Fixed an issue where stops could not be removed from bookings correctly, ensuring a smoother operation

**Recurring Bookings Logged as "Unknown or Deleted User":**
Resolved an issue where recurring bookings were inaccurately attributed to unknown or deleted users. Now it will be logged with the correct user.

**Allocation Page Icons Missing:**
Restored missing icons on the allocation page to improve visual clarity and usability.


**Carer Details Not Saving:**
Resolved an issue preventing some carer details from saving in the edit pop-up.


**Error: Recurrence Property on Null:**
Fixed an issue that could impact extending recurrences for some bookings on specific providers.


**Email Sending Error in Driver App:**
Addressed a bug causing errors when pre/post-departure checklists were completed, preventing related email dispatch issues.

**Booking Page Console Errors:**
Resolved an intermittent issue causing request failures and browser console errors.


### **📈 Performance Improvements 📈**
**Undefined Variable $emailAddresses:**
Fixed an error triggered during email-related operations to improve reliability.


**Cost Calculations Stored as Columns:**
Enhanced cost calculation and storing in the database, improving application performance

**Driver Chat Performance:**
Optimised the chat feature to reduce unnecessary API calls, significantly improving load times.


**Fetching Organisation Settings:**
Improved organisational settings performance by addressing N+1 query issues, ensuring faster and more efficient data retrieval.
