We’re excited to share the latest updates and improvements in this release! Here’s what’s new:
🛠️ Updates and Improvements
Enhanced Booking Query Data We've addressed an issue where vehicle requirement data was missing in the Booking Query within Query Builder, ensuring all relevant data is available for accurate reporting.
Improved Vehicle Run and Availability Scheduling ”No End” date within reoccurring vehicle runs, vehicle & driver availability calendars has been disabled while enhancements are worked on for this feature. You can adjust the reoccurring end date by selecting a date in the “until” date drop down box, which previous 6 months reschedule limit will apply.
Recurring Booking Update Fix Users will no longer need to re-enter transport and vehicle requirements when updating recurring bookings. This resolves intermittent issues that caused unnecessary re-entry or reloading.
Driver App Calendar Display Fix The Monthly Calendar View in the TRIPS Web Driver App now functions correctly, providing a seamless scheduling experience.
Booking Form Cost Accuracy We fixed an issue where booking costs were not updating correctly when toggling the "Use home address/Use previous stop as origin address" option after toggling this option off.
Correcting Booking Destination Times An issue where destination times were set before origin times has been resolved, ensuring accurate trip scheduling.
✨ New Feature
Improved Driver Searchability Drivers are now searchable within the "Currently Logged In Drivers" section, with new filtering options to view by “Active Drivers” and/or “Currently Logged In” drivers. This enhancement makes it even easier to manage and monitor your team.
