We’re excited to share the latest updates and improvements in this release! Here’s what’s new:
🌟 New Feature:
🔐 Optional Enhanced Password Requirements
A new General Setting has been added, allowing providers to enforce stricter password policies for both Office Users (Web) and Drivers (Driver App).
When enabled, passwords must include:
- A minimum of 16 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one number
- At least one special character
This optional setting gives Organisations greater control over account security.
🛠️Updates and Improvements:
🚐 Allocations Page – Enhanced Vehicle Run Visibility
To improve clarity around vehicle availability, we’ve updated how vehicle runs are displayed. Previously, the scheduled availability window (e.g., 09:00–17:00) was overwritten by the Optimiser’s allocated times. Now, each run will clearly show two time rows:
- Availability Window: Displays the original Earliest Departure and Latest Return times.
- Allocated Times: Displays the actual optimised Departure and Return times.
Ensuring users always have full context around each vehicle run’s availability and actual run times.
📅 Billing Rules – Valid From/To Date Handling
We've enhanced the billing rule logic to better handle valid from and to dates, allowing users to schedule updates in advance. The system applying the rules based on their validity ranges, ensuring smooth transitions and accurate billing without overlaps.
🔁 Recurring Bookings – Improvements
We've made improvements to the automated job scheduler that runs daily to handle recurring bookings with “No End Date”.
🏢 Auto-Allocation – Depot Filter Now Respected with "Select All"
An issue was resolved where the "Select All" checkbox ignored the depot filter during auto-allocation. Now:
- The selection applies only to vehicle runs shown under the active depot filter.
- Bookings will be allocated exclusively to the filtered runs.
This ensures a more precise and controlled allocation workflow.
🕒 Verification Times – Display Resolved
A display issue has been fixed where verification Actual Start and Actual End Times appeared blank, despite being stored in the backend. These times will now display correctly throughout the interface on the verification page.
