## **Verified Journey – Actual Start Time Edit Issue**

An issue was fixed where users were unable to edit the actual start time of a verified journey due to an incorrect date format being entered. The field now behaves correctly with proper validation.

## **Allocations – Invalid Time on Auto Allocate**

Resolved an issue where auto-allocating bookings was returning an invalid time value. Time assignments now generate and display accurately.

## **Bookings – Transport Type Now Editable**

You can now change the transport type on a saved booking. This improvement adds flexibility when updating booking details.

* **==PLEASE NOTE:==** Group bookings that have been created with a group booking template will not be able to have the transport type changed

### **Bookings – Recurring Group Bookings Reintroduced**

We’ve reintroduced the ability to create recurring bookings for group transport, making it easier to manage ongoing group travel arrangements.

* **==PLEASE NOTE:==** Recurring group bookings can only be scheduled up to **12 months in advance**.

## **Booking Notification Reminders – New Placeholder Added**

A new placeholder {@DriverGivenNames} has been added to the booking reminder notification settings. This allows for more personalised communication with clients. 

* **==PLEASE NOTE:==** If a booking is allocated to a vehicle that does not have a driver, the name of the driver will be defaulted too “unknown”. If you would like the wording to be different from “unknown”, you may add a pipe after the driver given names and enter the wording of your choice e.g. **{@DriverGivenNames| to be confirmed}**
