Query Builder- New Fields for Client Reporting and Referral Information

The following fields have been added to the Client module of the Query Builder, expanding reporting capabilities:

• created_by.name
• created_by.uuid
• default_message_to_driver
• referrals (includes both referral source and any comments, in format “Referring Source: Comment”- Stored within the Client’s Profile-Referral Tab)

Improved Warning Message when Cancelling Multi-Stop Bookings

The warning message displayed when cancelling a stop in a multi-stop booking has been updated for better clarity. The message now reads:

“Warning: This stop is part of a multi-stop booking. If it was part of a booking with multiple clients, cancelling this stop only will move related bookings for this client to a separate booking form.”

Enhancements to the Vehicle list Page

Several improvements have been made to the Vehicle list page for better usability and clarity:

• New registration number format applied.
• Duplicated registration number is now replaced by Make and Model.
• If no description is provided, the vehicle will display as “Unnamed vehicle.”
• Vehicle Type is now visible directly on the Vehicle page.
• Vehicle type thumbnail has been moved into the new Type column.
• New actions added: Show Vehicle and Edit Vehicle.

Verification - Invoice Generation Logic

Users can now generate invoices for bookings that were previously cancelled. If a booking’s status is changed from Cancelled to Waiting Verification, Verified, or Future, the Generate button will become available, allowing an invoice to be created for the relevant amount. Additionally, if a booking in Waiting Verification or Verified status is cancelled, the Generate button will also appear. In this case, it will only generate an invoice for the requested amount and will not apply any cancellation fees. Further improvements to this logic are planned for a future release.

Drivers App- Fare Recalculation on Completed Stops

Resolved an issue where Push App Acknowledgements were being incorrectly triggered for completed stops when actioning a future linked stop within the Driver App now works as expected. These notifications have been changed to be delivered silently within the backend, rather than through the Drivers App.
