Verification - Client Search Functionality Restored

Resolved an issue on the Verification page where the Search button was not functioning correctly when entering a client’s name. Although client booking data existed in the runs, the search did not surface results, making it appear as though no action was taken.

The search feature now correctly narrows results to display only the runs and bookings associated with the entered client.

Optimiser - What's New

Booking Allocation Fix: Resolved an issue where bookings were always assigned to a new vehicle when using Save and Allocate, even when a suitable existing route was available.

Pickup/Drop-off Safeguards: Added safeguards to ensure that related pickups and drop-offs are never split within a journey.

Volunteer Driver Settings: Settings for volunteer drivers can now be configured just like those for part-time and casual drivers. (Please contact us to action this setting).

Performance Improvement: Improved results for large requests.

Improved Console Messages: Improved console messages on the Optimiser page when manual booking allocations cause constraint violations. More details are provided to help users understand why the Optimiser may skip allocating certain bookings to specific vehicles.
