## **Referral Sources - Additional Options**

We’ve expanded the referral source options available in the *Referral* tab of a client’s profile. Users can now select from the following new referral sources:

* Hospital
* Self
* Family Member
* Neighbourhood Centre

## **Driver App & User Licence Management**

Enhancements have been introduced to improve session control and licence management:

* **Automatic logout** - Drivers will now be logged out at 23:55 each night. This allows for fresh sessions to be started each morning.

* **Licence limits**
  * When the maximum number of **active** **office users** is reached, the following message will be shown on the login page: *“You’ve reached the maximum amount of users that can use Trips at the same time. Please wait for other users to logout or contact us to purchase and increase the number of users who can log in.”*

  * When the maximum number of **active drivers** is reached, the following message will be shown on the login page: *“You’ve reached the maximum amount of drivers that can use the Trips app at the same time. ## **Booking Form Does Not Load if it Contains a Deactivated Client**

Resolved an issue where the booking form failed to load if a booking included a client who had since been deactivated. This prevented users from viewing or editing those bookings. The booking form now opens as expected and will display the deactivated client’s bookings as cancelled on the booking form with no costs generated.

## Driver’s Vehicle Run Schedule - View Only + Multi Region assignment ability for Vehicles and Drivers

**FINAL TESTING STILL TAKING PLACE – ETA END OF MONTH**
**As part of upcoming enhancements, we’ve introduced changes to the Driver’s Profile “Vehicle Run Schedule”** functionality. This update is part of a **staged rollout** to support future improvements and, as a result, **these changes have been implemented in the background but will not yet be visible within the UI**. The functionality has been **intentionally switched off** and will be **activated in an upcoming release** once the remaining development work is complete.
