# Review the Participants Budget Dashboard

There are 2 ways to access the Participant Budget Dashboard


1. In the Participant profile, on the right hand side you can see the Support at Home section. 

Click on + SAH dashboard

2. On the left hand menu select Support At Home > Participants

This SAH dashboard outlines the complete funding information from Services Australia.

Begin by pressing Sync on the Participants record.

\*\*You should press 🔄 Sync at least once each Quarter to update the latest Services Australia budget data.


Client Contributions

On the right hand side, you can see the Client Contributions section.

Participants will pay contributions for some services based on their income and the type of service received. Contributions are determined using the Age Pension means test, and rates vary for different service types, with clinical supports (like nursing) being free, and other services like personal care and domestic help requiring varying levels of contribution.

You can view an overall budget summary by selecting View All Budgets

It will display all budgets information in a list view.

The Budget Dashboard will break each budget down into its individual budget details.

It will also show the Usage bar if All scheduled supports use the total Budget;

Or if Total used is over the actual available funds;

This will display the budget details along with any transactions within this period;

\*\*\*If a budget is Closed, it will not appear on the initial budget screen, but will show in the Budget overall summary.
