We are pleased to introduce several notable enhancements with this release, aimed at empowering your teams and improving your efficiencies.
DEX Client Updates
- We've updated the gender values in DEX to accommodate Non-Binary individuals and the option for individuals to specify a different term for themselves, such as "[I/They] use a different term."
***🚨 Reminder: ***our DEX customers need to re-synchronise their DEX reference data to reflect these changes. To read more about how to sync you will find the process under "DEX Gender Sync" in the following release. Click here.
📄 Documents Control
- Now, if you try to do something invalid with document folders, like moving a folder into its own subfolder or deleting a folder that still has files inside, you'll receive an error message that explains the issue.
🫶🏻 Participant Related Updates
- When you update a client's status, we'll keep the information about their previous status. So, if a client was on the waitlist before, changing them to accepted won't erase the date they were added to the waitlist or the reason why.
- We solved a problem where the exit reason wasn't updating correctly on the front of the participant profile.
- We fixed a bug where the 'Not accepted reason' and 'Exit reason' always appeared as 'Not entered' on the participant profile page.
📱 Worker App Improvements
We've fixed a problem where every support in a group was getting its own timesheet when a worker started or ended the support in the app. Now, it properly creates a single linked support.
