Consolidation and Enhancement of Travel Fields in Worker App.

Workers can now effortlessly input travel information, focusing solely on the specifics they require. We've streamlined the process by consolidating all transport inputs into a single app popup, which can be toggled on and off according to organisations needs.

 

Furthermore, you now have the ability to request a reason for travel from your staff, and this information will be accessible in a reporting export.

 

To enable or disable your Transport inputs, navigate to: Settings > Worker App Settings > Transport Supports.

🕒 Include Transport and Travel Time: Transaction List Export.

Access more Transport inputs for export in Reports. Simply navigate to Data > Transaction Data > Transaction List Export, and drag "Travel Reason" to include it.

🛠️ Software Fixes  🛠️

The Android App crashes after loading the login screen.

Users can now effortlessly access the app without facing any login hurdles.

The portal overlooks making Pick-up and Drop-off locations mandatory for support requests.

Locations are now mandatory when you create transport support with Pick-up and Drop-offs.

The worker app fails to load the reason for the travel popup, even though the user has already enabled it through app settings.

The Travel popup is now appearing in the worker app once it has been activated in the worker app settings

Editing interests displays languages on the popup screen.

The dropdown now exclusively displays Interests as intended, with Languages no longer appearing.

Users are unable to view their selected interests within the worker app.

The users can now view and update their interests in this section.

The property build date is being saved with an incorrect date.

The underlying date information is now displaying the correct date.

In Coordinator Hours v3, the coordinator's name is currently being displayed in surname order instead of first name order.

The export file has been updated to display the names in the correct order.

The Worker App Setting "Worker Speed Notification Threshold (Minutes)" is actually utilised as the speed threshold.

This has been updated to KM/H to accurately reflect the unit of measurement.

Invoice ratios are 1:1.

An update has been implemented, so invoice ratios of 1:1 input into a support now transfer to the Xero Invoice.

The Location column in the timesheet export file is consistently empty.

With this update the Location information is now populating in the Timesheet export file.

The format for the Company Name in the HCP (Health Care Professional) statement.

The company name field in the HCP statements has been enlarged, eliminating any formatting issues with the Provider Number and Location.

Timesheet Approvals.

Previously, the Approved_at and Approved_by fields would reset to NULL upon action. This update ensures an accurate recording of who and when the timesheet was approved.
