# 🚀 Software Release Overview: 16.36 🚀

**We are pleased to introduce several notable enhancements with this release. Please find below a summary of the latest additions.**

\
# 🛠️ New Features 🌱

\
**🎓 Reporting on Support Workers: Additional Qualifications.**

A preview window for qualifications has been incorporated into the Worker Profile, along with the inclusion of qualifications data in the export report for Worker Profiles.

\
**🕥 Timesheet approvals and un-approvals should go into the audits table**

A visible audit trail is now available to track the approval and un-approval of Worker Timesheets, providing transparency on the actions taken by users.

\
🗒️ **Participant Documents - Archive Filter**

\
A filter has been added to the Archived Documents so they are now easily sortable.

\
# 💬 SMS Update 💬

\
**❗ SMS Broadcast Settings: Reply Number Verification**

This is an update for the Worker App Notifications and the Client App Notification under the Settings Menu.

**To ensure security when adding a reply mobile number for SMS notifications, a verification process for mobile numbers is now required.**

Verifying a mobile number for both Worker Notifications and Client Notifications now requires just one verification process if the same number is used for both.

You only need to verify your mobile number once a year from your initial verification date, unless you decide to change the number. If you do change your mobile number, you can reverify the new one easily.

 **Instructions:**

Navigate to Settings > Worker Notifications or Client Notifications, enter your mobile number, and then click on the "Verify" button. \n ![](https://support.caremaster.com.au/api/attachments.redirect?id=7339dee1-3a39-482b-a54d-df43b8c6d759)

\
➡️ Now press "Send Verification Code". \n ![](https://support.caremaster.com.au/api/attachments.redirect?id=eb388c81-12ee-4072-9409-492392f04825)

\
➡️ Retrieve the Verification Code sent to your mobile device and enter it into the input box on CareMaster. \n ![](https://support.caremaster.com.au/api/attachments.redirect?id=b64cf57f-cc5a-43f8-b61a-25774836c507)

\
➡️ After confirming the code, you'll receive a success message to indicate that the verification process is complete. \n ![](https://support.caremaster.com.au/api/attachments.redirect?id=bda33ab4-dcd9-4279-8736-bb30c04c89d4)

\
➡️ The verification duration extends for 12 months, with re-verification initiated in the 11th month. Consequently, the verification must be renewed at the conclusion of each 12-month interval, restarting the process. ![](https://support.caremaster.com.au/api/attachments.redirect?id=a84bac04-4a12-4697-84c7-c170c4ea4fba)

# 🛠️ Software Fixes 🛠️

\
**👀 Support Allocations Screen shows unassigned shifts but the Worker is allocated**

\
Transport (Child) supports are no longer showing as unallocated in the Supports > Allocations page when the primary (parent support) has a worker allocated.

\
**❎ Centre Capital Costs and non-face-to-face charges on cancelled services**

\
Cancelled NDIS supports were previously being included in the NDIS export even when they weren’t "Checked". This has been rectified, ensuring they will no longer be included in Claims Export for Proda.

\
**🕥 Time period shows incorrectly on the Worker/Participant Roster - email (PDF) file**

\
Fix worker roster PDF time blocks that are misaligned.

\
**👨‍💻 Some Xero action buttons not functioning**

\
Advanced Timesheets “Send all to Xero” link is now working.

Payruns & Allowances “Suggest Allowances” link is now working.

Generate Invoices “Send as Draft” link is now working.

\
**🧑‍💼** **Employment Information - Standard Hours incorrect field output. Needs to be HH:MM not 00:00.**

The Standard Hours Field for Workers has been updated to allow users enter HH:MM instead of decimal values.
