HCP Statements - Update to the Client Contributions Headings

The Client Contributions section of the statements initially reads as an Invoice but there is no actual information available to confirm if this has been paid or not.

The new headers will have “Due/Received” added to make the status of this contribution clearer to read.

Care Plan and Dex Client Issues

On the Participant profile, when making an update to the Care Plan, the relevant information was not updating in the Dex Client area requiring double handling. This has been updated so that an update in 1 of these areas will now reflect in both when a change is made.

Totals updating to $0 for all recurring supports when you cancel only 1

When cancelling a support from the Supports > All page, it would allow you to cancel a support but if it is recurring, it would also update the recurring supports to be cancelled at a $0 total.

The update allows you to only cancel recurring supports in the support edit mode which isolates and only updates your requested record.

Advanced Timesheets award mis-interpretation of Public Holiday vs Overtime Public Holiday

An issue was identified where an earnings rate was mis applied to shifts covering on a public holiday. This has now been rectified.

HCP Statements displaying a different month when viewed from another Timezone

It had been identified that when viewing a HCP statement from a timezone different from the default set for the organisation, that a different month was listed i.e. April was showing instead of May. This has now been resolved.
