Expanded Chat Function between Web and App

Admin and selected Coordinator web users are able to Chat directly to the workers via the app messaging tool.

The Chat is applied against each participant and is accessed via the Participant Profile.

*This access is based on the current permissions you have set in your system where Coordinators will either need to be assigned to each Participant to be able to access their profile and the chat or Coordinators have access to all Participants.

Scroll down to the Worker App Chat and you can see the existing worker chat history.

In the text box, add your message and press Send. This will be sent to the worker app to all workers assigned to this participant.

🌱 Updates & Improvements 🌱

Award minimum wage increase 1 July 2024

Effective the 1st July 2024, there has been a rate increase to the SCHADS (MA000100) and Children’s Services (MA000120) Award.

🛑 SOFTWARE UPDATE REQUIRED 🛑

A CareMaster software update is required for all providers before their next pay runs to ensure the new rates are applied.

Please note that the new award update will be available for the first full pay run on July 8th for providers with weekly pay runs. Providers with weekly pay runs should contact us immediately via the link below to ensure their software is updated with priority.

Roster View - Blank Space

An update had been made to remove the unused blank space appearing in the roster page.

Incident Notifications

An issue has been resolved where Coordinators were not receiving notifications when an Incident has been created.
