Warning Added to NDIA Export Page When Self Managed Selected 

Exporting a Self managed report in the NDIS Export page results in the individual supports being marked as Payment Received. This is the accurate process however we have added a warning message to “NDIS Self Managed” report that reads: “Please note that all exported transactions will be marked as payments received.“

Add DEX Service Type Name to Data > Transaction List Export

The DEX Service Type Name field is now selectable and exportable in the Transaction List Export.

MYOB Invoice Issues

 Fixed an issue where prior MYOB Invoices were unable to be downloaded. The download button was an X and displayed the error message ‘File not found’. The underlying path address has been updated.

An Error Message Now Appears When Creating a Chat on a Participant Profile Without Assigned Workers.

 The Chat function allows workers to message about a participant. If an Admin or Coordinator tries to send a chat without any workers assigned, the validation message now reads: “Error - You need to assign a worker to this client to send a chat message.

Duplicate Client Check Restored

 The issue preventing duplicate checks when adding new clients into CareMaster has been resolved. The system now properly avoids creating duplicate entries as intended.

Xero Sync Status Message

 Updating a worker's Pay Value and syncing to Xero updates the rate, but the sync message indicating the worker needs syncing has been corrected to disappear after the next sync.
