🛠️ Updates & Improvements 🌱

We are pleased to release several system improvements with this release. Please find below a summary of the latest additions.

⌚Duplication of Timesheets

An issue has been identified and resolved where a worker could press and hold down the Start button on the app, lift their finger and hold it again where it would then create 2 timesheets for the same support.

🗒️Case Note Validation Error

When adding a Case Note on the worker app and you did not change the Case Note Category from the default shown, an error would display if you had re named the original default ‘App Note’ to something else. You had to close and reopen the worker app to continue. This has been updated.

📍Location Map in the Worker App Data - no pin drops

The first pin drop was not being displayed on the map for the worker app data for the location tracking. The underlying maps settings were adjusted to capture a wider location range to resolve this issue.

🧮Total Unscheduled Hours on Dashboard showing a different amount compared with unassigned.

The Unassigned hours and the Unscheduled hours An update has been made to count all supports with a chargeby of Hour & Hours will add to the total on the dashboard. This was adjusted in the Coordinator Dashboard view as well.
