# 🛠️ Updates & Improvements 🌱

**We are pleased to release several system improvements with this release. Please find below a summary of the latest additions.**


✅ **The 'Last Updated By' does not always reflect who last updated the support at the Updated at.**

When a support was updated, it captures who and when made the action but depending on the type of update made, it may not accurately reflect the correct user. An update has been made to make sure the correct user information is captured.


🧑**Workers in app Participant profile shortcut not working within a support.**

App workers were not able to access the shortcut to the participant profile from within a support as it was broken. A fix has been applied to resolve this issue.


📧 **Email notifications for Client App support cancellation are not being sent**

Participant Cancellation requests via the app were not triggering a notification. An adjustment was made and the notifications are now being sent as required.


💬 **Worker Chats currently unavailable message on Android phones**

An issue with the Worker App Messaging feature has been fixed and identified as only affecting Samsung users.


📋 **Support List Report not exporting unassigned supports**

When exporting all supports, if there was a Region or a Claim Type, it was not including unassigned supports. A change has been made to ensure all supports are included in the Support report export.


🗒️ **Coordinator could not navigate to the some pages of case notes list**

An issue was identified and resolved where a coordinator could not access some of the pages of case notes.


⏳**Incorrect worker scheduled hours**

When Broadcasting a shift in the Browse workers field where the scheduled hours show for the worker - the hours are not showing correctly. An update has been actioned to resolve this.
