We are pleased to release several system improvements with this release. Please find below a summary of the latest additions.

Hotfix available 30.06.2025

📋 DEX Export not including Totals

The DEX export was found to be only reporting on Fees Charged instead of the required Total Costs. An update was actioned to generate an updated Total Cost export for DEX.

💲 SCHADS Award Update 01.07.2025

The Fair Work Commission has announced a 3.5% increase to the National Minimum Wage and minimum pay rates under awards. Click Here for more information and actions about this update.

🚗 Therapy Travel Charging at 50% rate

There has been an update to the way providers charge the Therapy Travel. Click Here for more information about this process.

👱Worker and Participant profile > Custom Fields showing incomplete data when edited

The Custom Fields data is being added correctly but when edited, the data only shows for the last worker/participant that had data added to that Custom Field. This has been resolved.

📱Worker App - Home screen - Total Kms displayed don't update automatically

A fox has been applied to the Worker App Home Screen Summary information as the KM’s were not automatically updating as the information changed.

📅Custom Date on Worker Profiles in US Format

An update has been made to the Custom Date field on Worker Profile to update it from US to AU format dd/mm/yyyy.

📨HCP Statement: Postal address not showing on statements

The HCP Statements have been adjusted to display the Postal Address and not the Residential address on the statements so they can be easily printed and posted.

📂Increased detail in the Participant Profile for Case Notes

The Case Notes list on the client profile has been updated. We consolidated the ‘Category’ and ‘Activity’ column to show in the ‘Details’ column and added the created by and at data to the table.

💰NDIS Quarterly Funding changes to participant funding information section

There has been a change in the way the NDIS is managing and reporting it’s participants allocated funding as it has moved to Quarterly periods. Click Here for the full updated information.
