We are pleased to release several system improvements with this release. Please find below a summary of the latest additions.

📝Custom Fields data visibility only showing last record

An update has been made to show ALL data for the Custom Fields reporting as it was only showing the last viewed record.

📱The Worker App - Total KM’s in Home page showing incorrectly

An adjustment was made to include all required Transport KM’s as it was not picking up some Transport data. The total’s were also not updating automatically and this has also been resolved.

📅 Staff Profile Custom fields incorrect date format

Date format has been updated from mm/dd/yyyy to dd/mm/yyyy

🏠 HCP Statements - Postal Address not showing

An update has been made to insert the Postal address instead of the Home address, if there is one, when generating HCP Statements

⌚Created At time added for Case Notes

An additional time field has been created to show visibility about the actual created time.

🗺️GPS - Tracking entries missing and locations not reporting

It was identified that some location points were not being captured. An adjustment has been made to make sure the maps are capturing and displaying the location data points accurately.

#️⃣ HCP Subsidy Supplements - Dementia and cognition and Veterans’ supplement are incorrect

An update is available to address the incorrect prices for the Dementia and cognition and Veterans’ supplement

🔗Roster Optimiser - Displayed errors require more specific error messages

An issue where certain data errors were not being properly reported has been fixed.

💾HCP - Balance Reconciliation Adjustments are being deleted when saving adjustments

An issue causing HCP reconciliation adjustments to be deleted when non-admin users would save the HCP adjustments page has been fixed.

✎DEX Issue when Updating / Editing Services

On the service edit popup there was an issue where the page would reload when clicking on the integration settings (the green panels down the bottom) this has been fixed.

🚫Client App - cancel support from client app creating timesheet for wrong worker

It has been identified that Timesheets were being generated for when a cancellation request was received from the Client App. This was linking to the Worker ID instead of the Client ID. This has been updated to cancel correctly.

🛠️ Hotfix Version 16.64.06 🌱

💰NDIS Quarterly Funding change to Participant Funding

The NDIS has updated requirements so that funding must now be tracked quarterly. The Funding Limits area has been updated to include a quarterly rolling total.
