We are pleased to release several system improvements with this release. Please find below a summary of the latest additions.

🤝Syncing Messages on the Worker App - occurring every 30 mins

A change has been made that reminder to sync actions will remind them once after 30 minutes after an unactioned item is added to queue

⌚Worker App end support notification showing incorrect time

End of Support reminders were appearing after the support end time. An adjustment has been made to realign this message with its correct time applied.

📅Total Hours cutting off start and end of week/fortnight - shared info prompt instead

The worked hours on the Worker App only display the hours worked on a weekly/fortnightly period.

Some Timesheets pay for the attached shifts either side of this date range as its deemed a continuous shift.

We have added an explanation to outline the difference.

🗎 File viewer - Word Documents

Message is being received on worker app when trying to open word documents ( PDF are fine ). file viewer for android app has been installed. Adjusted so all file types can be opened in a file viewer.

🗺️Support Start GPS Collection falls back to a hardcoded location

GPS Data was arriving for workers all set to 1 location. This was an error and the hardcoded location coordinates have been removed. Accurate location capture is re enabled.

⌚ Draft Case note saved date/time showing UTC time

This has been adjusted to now show the worker’s local time.

🗒️Worker app - incident submit error with dates

A fix has been made so you can submit case notes without needing to fill any dates and leaving occurred at date as default

🤝 Chat in app and desktop not syncing

A fix has been made where previously when messages were being sent in worker app. the chat would go through but the preview of last chat messages on chat list page in messages tab would not update.

You need to refresh the Participant Profile page to make sure you are seeing the latest messages.

😴 Sleep over hours showing in hours calculations

A change has been made to not include inactive overnight supports in total hours and instead show them as allowances

⛔ Total Fortnight Hours excluding Hours and KMs for the last day

An update has been made to ensure all Hours and KM’s for the selected period are displayed.

⏩ Improved load times of the Participant Documents page

A change has been made to make client documents load faster for easier access.

🧊Worker App unexpected freezing

It was found that the animation on the Start and End buttons was causing an issue that froze the app. These animations have been removed.
