We are pleased to release several system improvements with this release. Please find below a summary of the latest additions.
This release had a focus on the Support At Home Statements for participants.
A number of formatting and data requirements have been met to enable an accurate Participant Statement
- Allow Statement Downloads for all Participants
- Only supports with Payments show in the Statement
- Statements can be generated for future dates
- Template data mismatch-= - now aligned as required
- Updated Budget data table formatting
- Added Budget table summary and added budget dates
- Updated statement data wraparounds
- Updated supports associated with multiple budgets
- Updated historical budget feed from prior months
- Adjusted budget data feed for Government totals vs Support totals
- Removed Duplicates of multiple support items
- Included last generated date
- Created generated statements view
- Removed any unwanted metadata
- Confirmed unclaimed supports showing in attributed budget
- Warning added that statement regeneration may be required
- Additional permissions for Coordinators to access statements for assigned participants
