We are pleased to share the latest system improvements included in version 16.86.00 and several hotfixes. Below is a summary of whatβs new.
16.86.00 SCHADS Award Updates - Sleepovers Fair Work has updated the SCHADS Award rules for sleepover shifts, with the new rules applying to first full pay runs in June. More information here.
Children Services Award Allowances Change As communicated by Fair Work, the broken shift and first aid allowances for CSA had been updated as of 1 June 2026.
Support at Home - Changes to AT and HM Funding Source Selection We've made a change to allow providers to claim supports against Assistive Technology and Home Modifications funding sources where the participant only has a Home Care Account, but has an AT or HM Zero Funding Classification and a Home Support Ongoing entry.Β
16.86.01 - Hotfix SCHADS - Pre-1-June shifts ending on a sleepover (SCHADS) incorrectly classified as Afternoon Shift We fixed an issue introduced in 16.86.00 where shifts in pay periods prior to 1-June rule change-over were incorrectly classified as Afternoon shift. Under the previous SCHADS rules, these should be classified as Night Shift.
16.86.02 - Hotfix SCHADS - Not applying overtime in specific sleepover scenario We fixed an issue where overtime was not applied when both the pre sleepover shift exceeds 8 hr cap and the pre and post sleepover total exceeds 10 hrs (where no sleepover agreement) or 12 hrs (with agreement).
