# 🚀 Software Release Overview: 16.88.00 🚀

We're pleased to share the system improvements included in this version.

# Support at Home

**Statements**

Incorrect budgets showing
We've resolved an issue where erroneous budgets were being presented in some participant Statements. We recommended regenerating all Statements PDFs before sending to participants.

**Payment Statement XML upload issue**

We've resolved an issue where uploading a Support at Home payment statement file would fail and return an error. Payment statement files should now upload as expected.

**Statements Participant**

Address Positioning
We've resolved a formatting issue that could cause participant addresses to not fit correctly when folded for a standard envelope window on Statements.

**Error linking and syncing participant**

We've resolved an error that could occur when linking and syncing certain Support at Home participants via Services Australia.

**Overnight sync logging**

We've added logging to help identify the cause of an issue where Support at Home participant data was not syncing overnight for some providers. This does not yet resolve the underlying issue- we'll follow up once a fix is confirmed.

# Roster Optimiser

**Reliability improvements**

We've resolved several issues that could cause the Roster Optimiser to become stuck or unresponsive when preparing recommendations or running a full pay period optimisation, including cases where an error was preventing the optimiser from completing as expected.

**Performance improvements**

Background Roster Optimiser processing has been moved to a separate queue, improving overall system performance and preventing optimiser activity from delaying other tasks such as reminders being sent.

**Timeline Zoom**

You can now zoom in on the roster timeline to see more detail without having to click into each support

**Recommended Workers via Supports page - The following improvements have been made:**

Where a participant has more than one location set, you can now specify which location worker recommendations will be sourced from - was previously not allowing selection and defaulting to one random location

Worker recommendation reasons in the Alternate Workers list have been rewritten in plain language, so it's clearer why a worker is or isn't suitable for a support — for example, showing that a worker's address or a support's location isn't valid, that a worker isn't compatible with a support's requirements, or that assigning a worker would cause a scheduling conflict or exceed their work time limits.

Worker recommendations will now correctly reflect recent changes — for example, when a worker and participant are marked as incompatible — without requiring a full pay period re-optimisation via the Optimise page

Expired qualification warnings are now presented in the recommended worker profiles, so you can review before assigning a recommended worker to a support

### Other Fixes

**Incorrect kilometers applied to timesheets for grouped supports**

We've corrected an issue where kilometers could be incorrectly added to a worker's timesheet for the second support in a grouped support, when a vehicle had already been assigned.

**Support page address field**

We've resolved an issue where the address field on the Support page would not always display, or would not default to the participant's current address.

**SCHADS and CSA Award Pay Rate Increases**

NB: that this release also includes the latest pay rates for SCHADS and Children’s Services Award for providers who were not already updated to version 16.87.03.
