# 🚀 Software Release Overview: 16.91.00 🚀

We're pleased to share the system improvements included in this version.

### Support at Home

**Fix: Statements issued after participant exit**

We've resolved an issue where Support at Home participants who had exited could continue to appear in the monthly statement list and be emailed a statement in later months. A final statement is still produced for the month of the participant's exit, but no statements will be created or emailed for any month after.

**Maximum character limits for Support at Home fields**We've added maximum character limits to free-text fields on the Supports page that feed Support at Home invoicing, to align with the limits documented by Services Australia.

### Roster Optimiser

**Non-functional checkboxes removed**

We've removed checkboxes in the Optimise flow that had no effect on the outcome, so they no longer cause confusion. This includes the "Update" options on the Assign Worker popup, and the participant-leave and "Ignore Charge By Dollars" options when saving a recurring support. Whether a recurring chain is kept or broken is still determined by your choice on the Edit Recurring Event popup.

**Additional worker slots blocked**

Additional worker slots can no longer be added to a support in the Optimise flow, as worker recommendations could not be returned correctly once a second slot was added.

### Other Fixes

**Fix: Support Notification Logs status**

We've resolved an issue where SMS and email notifications could show a "?" status in Data > Logs > Support Notification Logs even though they had been delivered. Delivered notifications now display correctly.

**Fix: Cancelled non-billable supports showing a total**

We've resolved an issue where a support cancelled with a non-billable cancellation code could show a non-zero total in the Supports > All list, report and export after its case note date was edited. These supports now correctly show $0.00.
